A MESSAGE FROM THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Dear Wolf River Conservancy Partner:

   We are very excited to share with you that we have launched a new version of the Wolf River Conservancy website. As good as our previous website was, we saw a need to provide an enhanced version of our website that was more responsive – which would provide more functionality for our users.

Here’s what has not changed:
   - You will still see a great deal of wonderful photography highlighting our beautiful Wolf River and people of all ages enjoying the great outdoors;
   - A comprehensive Activity Calendar of WRC’s diverse activities and events including membership paddle trips, special events, educational workshops and more;
   - Detailed information about the Wolf River watershed and how, by protecting strategically important lands in our aquifer recharge areas, we are protecting clean drinking water for future generations.

Here are some of the new features of the website:
   - A more responsive website: whether you are looking at the website on your desktop, tablet or phone, you will enjoy a very positive experience and improved functionality.
   - More information on the Wolf River Greenway (as we build out new segments of the Greenway in 2015) with improved maps and mapping functions coming soon.
   - New photos updated through Instagram of WRC activities and photos we think you might like. We encourage you to share your pictures of the Wolf River by tagging @WolfRiverConservancy and hashtagging #wonderofthewolf.
   - River section maps for the Wolf, including the Ghost River, to complement our written descriptions and assist you in making your decisions for paddle trips...Coming soon!

   We are pleased with our new website and we hope you like it, too! Please let us know if you have any problems accessing the information you need. We welcome your feedback as we make the transition and continue to make improvements.
   Overall, we at the Wolf River Conservancy want to be your #1 source of information for anything related to the Wolf River and its watershed and to ensure that everyone can enjoy the “Wonder of the Wolf.” Thanks!

Keith Cole
Executive Director
