Volunteers Turn Out for September Service Project

THANK YOU to the many volunteers who turned out for our 4th Saturday Service Project on Sept. 22nd at Kennedy Park!!!

A group of employees from AT&T and a group of Christian Brothers University students joined numerous individuals and families in collecting a huge amount of trash, clearing some invasive privet, and assembling five bat boxes for future installation along the Wolf River.  Several people also got a glimpse of the new segment of the Wolf River Greenway at Kennedy Park, having helped spruce it up in preparation for the grand opening ceremony on Oct. 3rd.  Thanks everyone - citizens like you make our city great!
